Helping my brother out with his school work is a little harder now than it used to be because I’m away at college now. He’s just 15 and is starting to take some AP classes so I was worried that I wouldn’t be there to give him study tips and tricks, but we’ve been talking a lot on hughes wireless.
He’s taking Pre-Calculus right now because he wants a lot of math and science classes in his schedule to look good on college applications. But those are also his weak subjects and happen to be my strong ones – I’m majoring in biology. So he’s on my case a lot to give him memorization tips and how I got through a big test on all of the elements.
He also needs to understand that I’m having to come up with all kinds of new study tips because there’s so much memorizing that I have to do for my own classes. But going through all that stuff with him is helping me out in the long run too.
